2. Service Description
Greenville IT Consulting provides a range of IT solutions for residential clients and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Our services include but are not limited to device support, network implementation, integrated security solutions, and cloud services.

3. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that your data is backed up before any work is undertaken. Greenville IT Consulting is not liable for any data loss, damage, or any issues arising from your failure to back up your data.

4. Liability Waiver
Greenville IT Consulting will not be held accountable for any damage caused by fire, theft, accident, or any other causes beyond our control. Customers agree to waive any liability and hold Greenville IT Consulting harmless in the event of data loss, fire, theft, accident, or other causes beyond our control.

5. Repair Warranty
All repairs performed by Greenville IT Consulting come with a 90-day labor warranty for the repaired components. Within this period, we will assist with any part warranties to ensure that defective parts are addressed promptly.

6. Confidentiality
Greenville IT Consulting respects customer privacy and is committed to ensuring that all personal information and data are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Any data accessed during repairs will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

7. Diagnostics and Estimates
A diagnostic fee of $49 will be charged to assess the issue with your device. While this fee is nonrefundable, it will be credited towards the repair cost if you decide to proceed with the repairs. Detailed estimates will be provided before any repair work begins.

8. Modifications
Greenville IT Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
