Payment Terms Overview

 

Project Charges:
Project charges will be billed in two installments.
An upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost is required before commencing work.
The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the deliverables and final client approval.

 

Monthly Fees:
Monthly fees for ongoing services, such as website maintenance, will be billed in full at the beginning of each month.

 

Service Charges:
Charges for third-party services, such as domain registration or email hosting, are typically paid directly by the client. We can manage these payments on your behalf using your credit card details.

 

Refund Policy

 

Project Charges:
- If you choose to cancel a project after the upfront payment has been made, the initial 50% payment is nonrefundable due to the allocation of resources and time committed to your project.
- If the project is canceled before any work has begun, we may consider a partial refund of the upfront payment on a case-by-case basis.

 

Monthly Fees:
- Monthly fees for ongoing services are nonrefundable once billed. If you cancel your service before the end of the month, you will not receive a refund for that month's fee. However, your service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

 

Service Charges:
Charges for third-party services are generally nonrefundable, as they are paid directly to the service provider. If you have any issues with these services, please reach out to the provider directly.

Early Contract Termination

- 30 days' written notice required

- Early termination by Client requires payment of either 2 months' fees or 50% of remaining contract value, whichever is greater

- Upon termination, unused hours expire and outstanding payments are due immediately
